My Real estate journey began in college when I purchased my first property, before the housing market crashed in 2008. Soon after, my first property turned into my first investment property. In 2012 we had the opportunity to move to the Emerald Coast where my husband and I began purchasing more investment properties. Owning and managing both long and short term rental properties has provided me with the knowledge to support new investors beyond the Buying process into self management. I served 4 years on condo association board expanding my understanding in associations and investments where I can provide expert guidance to my clients.
